The 2020 Tryals Shop & NYACT Trialmaster Contest has been concluded, and the results are shown in the table below.
The goal was to design sections that would produce an overall average score, per rider, per section of 2.5 points. When that happens, riders of all abilities can have fun.  The results are ranked according to distance (plus or minus) from the 2.5 target, with the best listed first.
It is interesting to note that the top two were on the plus side, with the remaining two on the minus side.
Trialmaster      Distance from target     Actual score
Roger Hastings           0.10                          2.60
Chris Arnold                0.17                          2.67
Pete LaCagnina          0.23                          2.27
Seth Bruce                   0.29                          2.21
Therefore, Roger takes home the first place $60.00 gift certificate and Chris receives the second place $40.00 gift certificate, each to the Tryals Shop. The presentations will be made when we next gather as a group. All four hard-working Trialmasters deserve our gratitude and respect.  Thank you and congratulations to each of them!
